No. We at Carbonara Credits take no financial cut. All of your money goes directly towards pasta and climate crisis efforts.

We wanted to do something to help with the ongoing climate crisis. We also wanted a plate of spaghetti carbonara.

Depending on what’s available at your local Italian restaurant, we may order you another pasta shape. The sauce must be a carbonara. If your local Italian restaurant does not offer any type of carbonara pasta, we will instead include those funds with your donation to the carbon-negative organization.
